As an experienced guide in Alaska, Caleb Stillians had the opportunity to witness firsthand the challenges that both Outfitters and clients face in the outdoor industry. It was clear to him that there was a need for a platform that could address these pain points and make the experience of finding the right guide or booking an outdoor adventure more seamless and enjoyable. That’s why Stillians founded Outfitter Services, a platform that offers a one-stop-shop for booking hunts, fishing trips, training events, and other outdoor experiences.
One of the things that sets Outfitter Services apart is their partnerships with top brands in the industry, such as Carbon TV, Nosler, and Gunfightersinc. These partnerships allow the platform to promote experiences to the right audience at the right time and ensure that Outfitters get the exposure and bookings they deserve. The team at Outfitter Services believes in connecting the right guide with the right client, which is why they are committed to making the booking process as easy and efficient as possible.
Outfitters interested in listing their experience on the platform can do so quickly and easily by creating an account on the website, clicking on the “Be a Host” tab, then clicking on “For Outfitters” and filling in their business information. From there, they can follow the eight-step process to list their experience, which can take as little as seven minutes. Outfitter Services recommends adding 10 to 20 high-quality photos to showcase the experience, as photos cannot exceed 10MGS.
At Outfitter Services, they operate under an “eat what we kill” policy, which means that they don’t charge Outfitters for listing or hosting their experience. They only make money if Outfitters make money, and they charge a standard 10% booking fee. This ensures that they are always working in Outfitters’ best interest and that their success is tied to theirs.
